Pros

Product is great + strong top of funnel, great technical marketing, decent partnerships, etc. The product really is best in it's field with decent adoption statistics. Overall culture amongst co workers is strong. Inter-team dynamics are tight. Cross-team function is encouraged and achievable.

Cons

Overall leadership decisions on product planning, product monetization, etc. are unclear and lacking strong direction.

Pros

- Favoritism - Lack of Diversity - Junior team - Undefined ICP and Customer Persona The benefits and pay are relatively good. Coworkers can be standoffish and can be two-faced. The tech is good and this is a cutting edge solution solving real problems in the CV discipline! Management and leadership needs to be more organized. Hire more seasoned reps who ACTUALLY have experience selling and have sold before. If not, at least hire people who have the capacity to build out a playbook and a plan to target key ICP's. Current sales team is junior and is flying by the seats of their pants, it's embarrassing honestly.
