      - Super friendly staff who recognize your expertise and let you fly - Very timely payment - Very small nonprofit, but uses resources very well - Continous learning mindset - they always want you to do what you think is right, not just what was done in the past.

      Cons

      - Since the organization is small, and everyone is stretched very thin, things can get a bit disorganized. However, as long as you are on top of your things, you should have no trouble completing projects with speed and high praise
