      Not much trouble from management

      Cons

      The biggest challenge is in the full and final settlement. Just expect that they will not do it and wait for you to just write it off or file a legal suit against them. Multiple reminders, calls to no avail. They just didn't settle it down.

      Rootshell was very quick on placing me and addressing my questions on time. Its a good company & they understand the candidate concerns and help to get job. They helped me get a placement with Java skill set.
