      Pros

      Work life balance, friendly work culture, international exposure working with colleagues from branch office in many countries.

      Cons

      C-level and VP level execs out of touch with real needs of workers. Ineffective leadership, outdated and chaotic management, lack of organisation and focus. Lots of procedure on paper and bureaucratic. Lack of communication and integration between departments and functions.
