      Freedom . to do your job the way you want it. overtime if you want there is a lot you can make 100+k a year easy ability to develop your skills get your own projects 33 hour work week can convert over time to free time for more holiday time long vacations 3-4 weeks are not a problem

      Cons

      freedom - there is little structure dangerous job do not expect to much help from every one only 22 days off a year for shift workers
