Pros

I joined Roundforest in August 2022 as a Talent Acquisition Specialist and have since advanced to a People & Operations Manager role. My time here has been transformative, both personally and professionally, thanks to the company’s nurturing and empowering culture. Shortly after I joined, I found out I was pregnant and was full of concerns about how I would balance this new chapter with starting a new job. From the very beginning, Roundforest was incredibly accommodating and thoughtful, putting my mind at ease during a time that could have been overwhelming. The company’s flexibility and genuine care made all the difference as I navigated the transition to motherhood. Roundforest's commitment to growth isn’t just about business objectives; it extends to every employee. I've had access to resources, mentorship, and challenges that have allowed me to expand my skills and responsibilities. It's a place where your efforts are recognized, and there's always room to learn, evolve, and thrive. If you're looking for a workplace where you can truly grow, feel valued, and be part of a caring community, Roundforest is the place to be.

Cons

The company went through a period of restructuring in November 2023, when its growth did not fully align with its business success, resulting in some layoffs. While this was a challenging decision, it was handled with great care and professionalism. Roundforest provided generous compensation packages and actively assisted affected employees in finding their next opportunities, offering career guidance and resources. Though restructuring is never easy, the company approached it with compassion, aiming to ensure a smooth transition for everyone involved.
