      Pros

      colleagues were great. CEO was approachable and maintained good relationships with employees.

      Cons

      Despite the rapid expansion and many clinics opening, there was a reluctance to hire more staff, which resulted in employees working tirelessly to meet demands. After the merger, new management took a more micromanagement approach, which negatively impacted morale. Salary increments were below average, and I was surprised to learn that external workforce options offered better benefits.
