      Pros

      I worked at RuleTek for 2.5 years. Coworkers were awesome. There are some really great people there. Ability to work from home was nice as well.

      Cons

      Leadership was extremely unprofessional and lacked vision. Once heard one of the CEOs telling a sexist joke and felt very uncomfortable. The company was experiencing fast growth but did not have the systems in place to support employees. Work culture is severely lacking. Ping pong tables and beer replace professional management, supportive work environment, and competitive pay.
