Everyone in management, toxic environment

If I could describe this work place in one word it would be toxic. When you first start working here it is a dream, the longer you are there the worse it becomes. Management has no concern for the way their employees are treated. Management talks crap behind employee’s backs CONSTANTLY. If you show any signs of unhappiness they would bully you out of the company. The turn over rate is unbelievable. In the time I worked there over a dozen employees left. The owner threw things and cussed and screamed when things would not go his way. HR department didn’t exist, they would talk about you behind your back or gossip with others about concerns you brought to their attention. Any employee you talk to from this firm will have a horror story to tell. This firm does not care if you are actually good at your job, you will be benefited and favored if you kiss up to them. The way they talk about their employees to other co-workers and management members is truly disgusting. Employees were belittled everyday and expected to say nothing and keep a smile on their face. All benefits from this company were taken away if someone made a mistake. For example they took remote days away for every employee and no more unlimited PTO for attorneys. The owner cared more about marketing than actually being a sturdy and reliable firm partner. If you ever consider working here I HIGHLY urge you to reconsider.
