The owner & senior management are horrid. They micro-manage, bully, and belittle everyone.

Worst management ever. The whole time I worked there it felt like I wasn't in a professional work enviroment, but more like a middle school class room. One of the shift leaders would throw temper-tantrums and cry constantly while on shift. Also, It was extremely hard to get a shift covered due to the fact that there was a very high employee turnover rate. Along, with the fact that we constantly were understaffed. All in all the whole experience was quite unpleasant.
