Pros

Other women in the AP department made the days go by easier.

Cons

Micro managing finance Controller and complacent management combined with no basic systems and procedures of office processes. Communication is nonexistent and questions are treated as incompetence. You are expected to “learn as you go” which means to do simple tasks 3-4 times until it is done to the standard that only exists in the Controllers head; which changes on a monthly basis. Illness spreads through the office like a wildfire and you’re expected to still come to work. It was a tense and chaotic, calm and upbeat, or eerily quiet dependent on the Controllers mood.
