1. No set of ethical values followed in punctuality domain & work schedule. 2. Low pay & untimely salary schedules. 3. Less in professionalism & unsuccessful implementation of rules for different genders. 4. Sanitation facilities are neglected and are mediocre in all respects. 5. No offer letter & salary slip provided, No experience letter provided when released from responsibilities. 6. Proprietor reluctant to provide travel allowance for visits in official capacity.
