      Company that doesn't Practice what it Preaches

      Pros

      I was there a total of 1 week, and in that time there were some genuinely friendly employees.

      Cons

      They hide behind there Christian based mission statement to make arbitrary decisions about you're employment there and will fire you at the drop of a hat if they think you're not living there values. I was preached to about there tolerance and ability to work with folk on there shortcomings and give them opportunity however i was fired off hearsay never confronted once in email or personally communicated.
