Pros
Nothing , only good for interns if you dont have any other option
Cons
Everything is bad, poor managmenet , very low sallaries, i think event garments has better sallary than this , some times we worked 8-5 then same day 6-12 am , there are no seniors and boss pressure you anyway . This is not a company.
