Pros
- really cool clients: fun brands, massive brands, household names, etc - autonomy in the role - core values put into practice - fully remote / work from anywhere - great co-workers - constantly learning / given the opportunity to up skill - fast paced in a good way - lead by example managers
Cons
- typical agency 'con', is the pressure to perform 24/7. You want/need to impress multiple clients. Unlike with in house brands where you get to relax a bit more - not really a con, but team is global, so there can be a few extra steps needed to collaborate, but there are tools in place that help with this.
