      Opportunity for multitasking. This way one ends up learning so many things at one job. Management is highly supportive and care for its employees. Flexible work environment. You are the boss of your own. With that said, you are responsible for yourself to deliver the results for whatever is assigned to you. No limitations of taking help from seniors.
