      Pros

      Large enough office with opportunities to work on city shaping projects. Amazing in-house professional learning and support system. Friendly environment - Can have a work life balance if you push for it in your personal life.

      Cons

      Large office format working as a cluster of many small offices, less strategic with workflow and work load distribution. (Can be a pro or a con)

      Variety of Projects, Highly custom, you will learn a lot of cool details. Paymeny is average. The last time i was there, they have some good colleagues. great for young adults that has not started family yet.
