Pros
In the development/data team, we have a pleasant environment to work, as everyone helps each other and always pushes ourselves to keep improving.
Cons
We don't have a clear definition of the goals we need to achieve. There isn't much communication between different teams, which sometimes is a little bit frustrating since, most of the time, it generates rework. We don't have much flexibility in work time, even though we work remotely.
