Being here for 3 years, I’ve seen both sides of the company. There were difficult periods where things were uncertain, but the team stayed together and trusted the management. Recently, there has been a clear shift, better planning, improved structure, and work getting done on time. On a personal level, I’ve grown both technically and in managing responsibilities. The exposure helped me build confidence in handling work independently.

Working here has been a learning curve more than anything else. You don’t always get everything perfectly set from the start, but over time you understand how things move and where you can improve yourself. There’s decent scope to grow if you stay consistent. Work-life balance is generally fine, with a few busy periods depending on deadlines. Management has been working on making things more structured, and that change is slowly visible in day-to-day work.
