Incentives , love my manager and look forward to going to work everyday. Looking forward to working here for years to come. As long as you do your job you will like working here., as with any job just do your job and all be well with working at this company, they do go the extra mile for their employees that you don't get at any other companies. It is a family owned business so you do get that personal relationship that you don't get it other companies,me myself have had nothing but great things to say about this company.
Cons
Non I really have no cons about this company I only had a great experience in the year and a half almost 2 years that I have worked here, the management at my store have been nothing short of wonderful all the way up to the district manager, do your job at this place and you can go far.
