Pros

There are none. Scott is abhorrent.

Cons

You don’t want to work here if you don’t want to be micromanaged, belittled, and treated as if your work is meaningless.

Pros

Competitive pay and quick promotions. The owner has a good heart and wants his company and customers to succeed.

Cons

Too many bulls in the management pen causing confusion, drama, and inability to maintain proper procedures and structure within the company. Not enough work/life balance, extreme superstar expectations without gratitude. Has potential to have long term employees but can't quite grasp what needs to be done to keep them. The owner cares about his company but has too many people in his ear and sometimes trusts the wrong people who have their own agenda, especially shiny new employees who talk without the walk, leaving previously trusted employees no choice but to leave. The micromanagement is typically from department managers in sales and parts. Department managers lack accountability and engage in a lot of shaming and blaming.
