      Pros

      Students have natural potential that can be developed with strong leadership, high expectations, and execution. Also, the EL model is second to none. With great execution, this model will see great results. (English classes have two teachers: Core ELA teacher and a EL specialist)

      Small network, great opportunities to be creative.

      Cons

      Limited collaboration with MNPS, but under the same governance/accountability, made room for overworking where similar systems already exist likely due to the traditional public v public charter divide.
