Pros
Flexible working hours, as long as you get your tasks done you can leave the office. There are very nice people from around the world. It's good for those who are looking for a stable job.
Cons
Old equipment because the company has operating for so long and they seem to not bother replacing the old equipment. There is poor welfare for employees too.
