      Rampant cronyism, no performance reviews, German management is micromanagement. 4 years and nothing to show for.

      Pros

      Direct deposit worked, unlimited use of the bathroom, free parking, just now is figuring out what a mess the closure of facility will be.

      Cons

      Poor business strategy, terrible engineering contract agreement, terrible salary and motivation strategy. Never supported us project managers, maintained the poorest performing members of the us team, hires and relocated multiple employees and the let them go within 2 years.

      Pros

      Working with some of the brightest minds in the biomedical industry as well as creating tight relationships with some of the most influential companies in the world.

      Cons

      - None that I have come across so far - Based out of Germany so time difference can be a problem sometimes, but it really is not a problem.

      Challenging position in an international company with great co-workers on both sides of the Atlantic. Good health benefits and flexible work hours.

      Cons

      Time differences could sometimes cause difficulties in resolving issues quickly.
