Interesting technical issues and good colleagues
Cons
It is my clear view that the company has a very unhealthy culture where most employees are not heard. If you speak negatively and try to improve conditions by sharing your position, you will be met with criticism and calls to leave the company. The job is typically sold with a promise of the opportunity to do a PhD, but there is neither time nor resources for this and it is as far as I know no one has yet managed to get started.

- Fair salary for start-up - Interesting projects - Nice Hardware Equipment - Can-do attitude from the colleagues besides the circumstances
Cons
- Incredible demanding. About 60h / week in best-case scenario. - Full-time pressure job. - No personal life, either conceivable. - Your work is not being valued by management. Even though you show the most amazing results. - No shares option. Centralized company decision-making. - I say, you do. - Unstable team. Most of the people face mental problems at some point and end up quitting.
