      Pros

      So much potential. People have fun. Sometimes drinks at the office. Most are smart people.

      Cons

      Leadership is corrupt and manipulative. Just read the "stuffed" reviews! The CTO is in with the owner/CEO. And we all think the owner wrote the most recent review for coverups. Just look at the CTO and what's probably the owner talking about even the cons are great?! Everyone is watching and listening for distrust and backstabbers. The work isn't fun and feel bad for some users on the other end. Its all about $$ for a few. It's not right and people are afraid to talk about it with anyone above. Everyone knows and there are a few great managers and people. Don't get me wrong about most of the engineers but is so messed up to have to hide this review because it's such a small office. A few employees thought this needed to be posted. We will see if it is helpful!

      Completely single-focused, blinders on President/CEO

      Pros

      There is a nice atmosphere of camaraderie and friendliness. However, this isn't completely without it's faults, as you aren't given anything in a formal way (pay raises, health plan information, vacation time awareness, reviews, management oversight, etc).

      Cons

      The leadership (CEO in specific) constantly has blinders on. Whatever is the next new shiny object to focus on, gets his attention, until the next new thing comes along. Sometimes as quickly as a few days. He also has a hard time do anything managerial, and then overreacts to fluxuations in the market.

      Pros

      Opportunity to work with other technicians and learn many different technical skills. Aside from a couple of bad apples, many good people to work with.

      Cons

      Owner is a big talker but rarely follows through. He micromanages and constantly, and creates a semi-toxic environment is the result. Focus shifts quickly. One day the company is going in one direction, and just days later the owner wants it going in a completely different direction. Decision making is inconsistent
