      some nice people exist but stockholm syndrome

      bad management, lots of ticket queue paradoxes, some possibly cover narcissistic or sociopathic types running the upper echelon

      Toxic work environment. Hostile and too much of a "Bro" culture. CEO is known for lawsuits against former employees and they will illegally fire someone and lie about reasons

      Get it done type mentality. Very mature business for a mid-size business; the sale process and engineers all work well together!

      Cons

      Tech requires an always learning mindset. Not an easy thing to get excited about.
