They have a positive vision of where they want to go. Salary, benefits. Growth opportunity

Cons

Bickering between executives. Back stabbing. If you don't agree with everything your fed you wont be there long. They don't do a good previous employer check when hiring new managers and they have some on staff that only care about themselves and how they can make themselves look good even at the expense of their subordinates.

Good place but underpaid for the area and cost of living

For the most part a good environment, decent health coverage and 401k contribution.

Cons

Production workers and maintenance workers are quite behind on pay compared to Columbia Forest Products in the same town. We are union but it doesn't feel like it helps that much. New contract coming up in June this year, hopefully pay and other benefits get us up to competitive wages.
