      Pros

      Ask someone for help and in about a 3 months you might get it, Make a suggestions and in about a year you might see or hear something back, but you won't be given credit for the idea. Not to repeat to much of what others have said, this place is negative, toxic, paranoid. I highly recommend finding another place to work. This company is hurting in many ways. You cannot trust what they say.

      Again, paranoid, negative, toxic environment. This is the worst place I have worked at. I have never been treat so condescending, disrespected, unprofessional in all my life. Few more weeks and I'm free.

      Pros

      Syspro has good software. I have worked elsewhere and I can tell you that this software is actually pretty good.

      Cons

      There is new management in place and boy are we in for it. They are a mixture of toxic and arrogant and that is a dangerous combo. Having not succeeded elsewhere they are here and we are wondering what attributes has unleashed them on us. It is time to move on.

      Great location, great product.

      Cons

      Such a hostile work environment. New management is taking this company on a downward spiral. People that have been here for 8+ years are still here because they can't get jobs anywhere else. Major politics, favoritism and yes, the boys club culture. All the ingredients you need in a toxic software company culture.
