Very very very low salary - you have to work for atleast 10hrs for peanut salary No job security - when it's your salary increment time they will ask you to leave giving reason as performance issue or cost cutting No management - managers will deploy any changes at any time without discussing with team. No growth - managers doesn't have any technical knowledge even fresher has better knowledge than managers so if you wants to learn n grow then this place is definitely not for you. No new technology is used Politics - managers are at their position not because of talent. They are on that position because all are friends or relatives of each other. Waste of time - they have certain values n behaviour rules for employees. so for every month they waste your 3hrs giving lectures on same. managers n CEO expect to follow all values n behaviour rules by all employees but unfortunately none of the managers follows them. Most importantly it's not an MNC There is no concept as salary hike in sanda

● Don't get fooled by the good reviews, all were written by management ● They are working on old technology so your exposure to new technologies would be very low which will create a problem while switching a job. ● Undeserving salary and working time is atleast 10 -11 hrs. ● managers treats developers like slaves. Developers must tolerate their rude attitude or else they will be fired on the spot. ● No Job Security. ● mangers don't have much technical knowledge ● offers very low salary and there is huge difference in what they offer and what u will get in hand. ● every employee was kept on PIP atleast once even for small mistake ● It's not a MNC. ● FRESHERS this place is not for you.
