      Care More About Revenue Than Employees

      Decent salary. Decent Benefits.

      Cons

      Do not recognize efforts of employees, especially those outside the "home office". Do not listen to their employees ideas and suggestions. Plenty of miscommunication and egos. No raises. Bonuses are small at best and are not performance based. Many cliches in the company. Massive micro-management.

      Good People, lots of business, fairness, competitive pay, great work/life balance. Leadership lets you know your work is appreciated.

      Cons

      some internal depts can be slow to respond. communication on changes could be better.
