      - Mediocre pay - Does not encourage work from home - Management & mangers get mad when employees leave / get better opportunities - Micromanagement - Toxic work environment. - Directors and managers are very sarcastic and rude to employees - No job security. You can be fired at anytime - Constant threats to employees. - Dangle the thought of work from home to make employees work - Very high employee turnover - No work-life balance. Managers & Directors will over promise clients and have employees will work very late at time almost all night, on weekends and holidays in order to meet the deadlines - Employees are overworked and underpaid

      1. The directors openly mock former employees and the companies they move to. Once a resignation is submitted, the management's attitude becomes noticeably cold. 2. Employees struggle with poor mental health due to the toxic work culture. 3. There is no job security. 4. The company lacks work-life balance, with consistently long and unreasonable work hours. 5. Directors and managers frequently use sarcasm and rude remarks when addressing employees. 6. Compensation is significantly below industry standards.
