Pays well, so negotiate very high, dont pity them when negotiating cos they wont pity you when they want to sack you. They dont owe salary. Pays 13month and leave bonus.
Cons
They sack anyhow, No promotion at all, you will be on the same level from day 1 till they sack you or till you resign. All expatriate lies against nigerians working there and HR believes them without any investigation. Annual leave is not a right, you will have to fight,drag or even beg before they approve your annual leave. HR finds joy in issuing query. Believe in yourself and not what HR says. Toxic work environment. If your current job gives peace of mind stay with it ooo, or accept the money they will give you and forget peace of mind in the workplace. Work overload is assured. HMO is for only you and does not cover any immediate family member. Your initiative and idea is not useful and needed, it is what expatriate says that is final. They have structure in book and by mouth, but they dont follow it at all.
