      Wonderful working environment; bad communication

      Pros

      There are people who really do care about you there. Easy to get along with. Good pay. Decent health benefits.

      Cons

      Very limited flexibility. Effectivly no PTO for illness. Mediocre vacation benefits. They dont know what to do with you if you dont want to become a project manager. Seems to operate on a "left hand doesnt know what the right is doing" methodology to insulate the day to day managers from having to be the bad guy, this leads to situations that lets them lie to your face.

      Worked here many years and have grown in my career. Lots of advancement opportunities. Great people to work with. Growing company with solid reputation and core values.

      Pros

      Discussing your faith is not considered taboo in this place, unlike in most other places.

      Cons

      Despite projecting a Christian-based image, the company operates with a dog-eat-dog mentality, where self-interest takes precedence over teamwork. The management's contradictory behavior creates an atmosphere of duplicity, making it challenging for individuals to express dissenting opinions without facing social exclusion.
