Pros
I had a ton of variety in my position, and was allowed to set my schedule as needed.
Cons
There really were not any! I loved this place and the people I worked with, including the owner. If I had to pick one thing, I would have liked to make more money and be given increasing duties in HR, but that would’ve meant more growth in employee numbers, which was just happening as I had to leave.
