The people can be kind and the kitchen staff at the burton office provide good meals and are friendly

Cons

Really good company back in 2024-2025 after this period with a shake up in management theres been mass lay offs and HR are not your friend as a reminder to everyone they are only here to protect the company not you. Also no growth really

Great place to grow professionally. Collaborative atmosphere and the people working here are dedicated to helping the patients. I have had the opportunity to develop new skills and gain valuable experience. HR team in particular has been approachable and supportive. I particularly appreciated their responsiveness and willingness to help whenever support or guidance was needed.
