Leadership, Growth Opportunity, COMPANY CULTURE, Pay/Commission. This company is special, I would recommend any position to anyone looking to start at Sciton. They take great care of you and truly care about you as a person. The leadership here is something special. The include you in everything that is going on within the company. Rarely am I surprised when we make a change in the direction the company is headed. Since being here the benefits have gotten even better. I came from a large corporation and I thought the benefits at Sciton wouldn't be as good and Sciton exceeded them. Truly dont have a bad thing to say.
Cons
If you're looking for a company to just coast along with and make a pay check, this is not the job for you. It can be a grind, but thats what sales is about, you get what you put in. Everyone in sales is doing the same thing, grinding. And when ever you're down you can reach out to anyone and they'll be there to help and give you encouragement! I never felt pressured or that i need to to start out super hot with driving sales when i started day one. Other companies expect you to produce right away or else then send you packing. Sciton still expects you to put in the work and put yourself out there but they realize it takes time. Incredibly grateful for that.

Lots of pros, but will focus on the culture. It is unique and genuine. The founders and executive leadership really do walk the talk. They care about the people and the relationships. They are candid and transparent; supportive and invested in growing the people and the company. They are also quite generous.
Cons
Very rapid growth has creates challenges. Most of which are being addressed and will have a good outcome. Good and timely communication could be better. Some areas could benefit from better structure and definition of roles.
