1. No work/life balance. I was made to work an average of 12 hours per day, across 3 timezones.
2. No inclusion or diversity. The women in the team got fired after one to three weeks of hiring. The CEO accuses them of incompetence and fires them.
3. The CEO is an impatient man who hires people only to fire them one or two weeks after they commence work. He did same to a guy called Oscar, and to about 3 women, while I worked there.
4. The CEO is never concerned about staff welfare and accuses the staff he fires, of incompetence. He uses it as an excuse to fire them without pay.
5. There is no HR structure. No one cares about staff salaries or welfare of any kind.
