Poor work environment , bosses are not very respectful of staff and pressures a lot to meet high expectations - with a recent incident where annual Targets are raised last minute that made quite a number of colleagues unhappy about matters. Low salary and bosses keep most benefits to themselves and their partners. There is very little trust between employer and staff. Company is also struggling to make ends meet and to bring in new projects - recently let go 2 staff.
