      Nepotism benefits those throughout the company.

      Cons

      Everything about this place will not sit well with you; From the clock in procedure, workflow, goals set to attain, benefits (lack there of ) and variable pay scale that they setup to make it seem as though you get a bonus (you can get better elsewhere). No advancement opportunity. Owner, HR, and management are Rude.
