      Great company, loads of autonomy and you actually get to make decisions

      Pros

      There is a customer first mentality where the company genuinely loves their customers. Loads of Autonomy, rewards hard workers and wants you to make decisions. You have shin in the game. Your opinion is valued. WHS is is important and they want you to go home safely. Profit share is awesome.

      Sometimes the workload is high but you are rewarded for it with profit share

      I have been with Seadan Security for 5 years, it's a challenging and ever shifting role. Pros - The people, access to resources/technology, strong WHS safety culture and work from home flexibility.

      Cons

      Constantly moving guidelines/targets, it makes it difficult to keep up and do your job accurately.
