The emerging ORM industry is growing at a high speed, allowing for incredible opportunities for career growth in this startup ambience. I felt like my ideas and strategies were thoroughly heard and executed, making a difference in my sense of ownership over my workload. There's always a new and exciting project or client to work on! I also liked that we had social media and SEO clients along with ORM clients. The salary was competitive, especially in comparison to other Montreal digital marketing agencies.
Cons
