from 2018-2022 the company was run by a group of veterans in the actual Trust Services business. While there were some issues, the company felt like an actual community where we supported one another.
Cons
2023-now. In the short span of 1.5 years, there had been 3 CEO changes. Now there are multiple people leaving from senior leadership positions. Since the current CEO joined in 2022, he has systematically installed all of his friends, friends kids into various positions across the company. While it is understandable that is how corporations are often run. This place takes it to a whole new level. The turn over is very high, and the pay will be under market. If you want to work at a meat grinder as your first gig and gain some experience in cyber security, by all means. But if you actually want a job to develop a career, look elsewhere.
