Only a few kind and helpful people.
Cons
Upper Management is toxic, they only favour those who they like, rest are not helped or provided with any guidance. Office politics is rooted in its core in this company, ideas are constantly rejected and there is no appreciation for new ways of doing things. Salary is basically a joke , inconsiderate people. The best people in the company are a few sales and customer head and the helpers rest of the company only favours those who do “yes sir” to them.
