People are nice to work with

Cons

Micro managers - force you into the office. No worklife balance. Pay and benefits - really poor, lowest offered. Sales driven, no one outside sales gets rewarded. Spend money on outrageous things and not employees. Never feel valued here. One rule for some, and one rule for others.

- will take advantage of any loophole found in promised bonus, commission, progression - hr only work for the business, some of the hr team will try to help you on a personal level but overall can’t do anything to help - don’t value employees correctly, as much as they say, the hard work is taken for granted not rewarded - high churn - SLT operate in secret, major decisions are made without any input from the team - no culture
