    Pros

This company is great for someone who cannot find employment and/or is looking to get an entry-level position in the AV integrations field. Great for learning the bottom of the barrel. Awesome for one seeking redundant work with minimal benefits. Or a possible gold-mind for a true salesperson to shine.

    Cons

The expectation to compensation ration is very unfavorable for technicians. The management when I began with Security Force was knowledgeable and hands on with projects. Once they where promoted the bar was severely lowered. If you are anywhere below management on the totem you are expendable. Turn-over is high. Days are long. It is a construction environment so cozy conditions are not to be expected, but again the benefits of a skilled employee don't match company expectations. Many techs end up making minimum wage for time worked.

    Advice to Management

If its still the same, GET NEW.
