I worked at Select Bank full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

This place has a great team balance. Everyone is looking to help our customers any way that they can. Great benefits as well as great teamwork.

    Cons

Fortunately I have not experienced anything bad in my many years of working there. Again I did not experience anything that stood out.

I have been working at Select Bank full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    Tasks aren't difficult to complete.

    Cons

    Minimal pay
    Coworkers are terrible
Over worked because management is lazy

    Advice to Management

Take a better look at who is in charge of your branches

    Pros

A small business that allows for personal growth and opportunities for future promotions. A very plesant work environment that is family friendly and oriented. Employees with small children are able to have the flexibility that is necessary in meeting family needs while still being an important part of the organization. Management has an open door policy where employees feel comfortable asking questions. Employees are asked for their suggestions and input on how the organization could perform better through a virtual suggestion box.

    Cons

Educational benefits would be nice but with the organization being a de novo and such a small size it isn't permissible at this time.

    Advice to Management

Management should continue to develop a systematic approach towards both monthly and quaterly communications with staff.

    Pros

Pay was compatible to my original job.

    Cons

Treated new employees like unwelcome outsiders.

    Advice to Management

In the name of business you need to look at the hardworking employees and not just the ones you favor.
