      Pros

      They directed me to a job I ended up loving. The pay they started me off with was good. Had I not got this job through SSI, I probably would have never found this job let alone been hired to it.

      Cons

      They offered to pay a certain amount and then when I was hired on, they lowered the amount. Not cool. It was still acceptable though, but I wish they would have hired me on at the amount that was discussed.

      Pros

      Select Source found my resume on the internet and placed me with a good job, with excellent pay.

      Cons

      This was a short-term temp position, hoped it would become permanent, but at least I had the opportunity! Met some good people.
