Pros

- An awesome startup to hone your skills and grow your career, only if you are all for a fast paced environment. - Lots to learn from the team everyday. It’s been an absolute pleasure to work with everyone here. They are all very helpful. - Opportunity to be at the early stages of a potentially very successful company. The team here has an agenda and seems determined to crush it. They could be a serious big company. - Good product that’s a ‘need to have’ for B2B companies - Very innovative and energetic environment

Cons

- Could pay a bit higher. But it’s a bootstrapped startup so I get it. - They’re still figuring out the kinks so directions change frequently

Thanks for sharing your feedback. It's regrettable to hear that your time with us didn't live up to your expectations. As for your concerns, we take them seriously. Our mission to build the world's best outbound sales team is no small feat and requires a lot of dedication and performance. When someone isn't meeting the goals agreed upon during hiring, we believe it's only fair to both the company and the individual to part ways. These performance goals and expectations are clearly communicated upfront before joining us. I'm sorry you felt that was unfair. We will work harder on making this even more explicit and clear to candidates. Your comments about salary, support, and training are important. We provide a competitive base salary, and handsome commission structure which is uncapped. This puts the ball in your court to make as much money as you can and only your performance will determine whether you drive a 2023 latest model or a 1998 used car. We believe our SDR training is top notch which contributes positively to our results. In fact, the AE training is where we lack a bit. Some reps have said "SDR training is dope!". And on the point of outsourcing sales - we're a global team working to provide value to global clients. We believe in the potential of every member of our team, regardless of where they're based, and we're dedicated to bridging gaps and improving our approach. Your feedback is important and gives us a clearer picture of where we can improve. If you'd like to discuss this further, I encourage you to reach out to me at jaggi@infotelligent.com. Thanks again for your time at Infotelligent and all the best in your future endeavors. Take care, Raunak Jaggi Founder @ Infotelligent
