      Pros

      It's a great place to learn how not to lead

      Cons

      Poor leadership. Lots of layoffs. Lack of vision and clear expectations. People are allowed to be complete jerks and nothing is done, and those that bring it up to management get in trouble which leads to high turnover. Way underpaid. Always expected to give overtime since it is so disorganized. Just not worth your time, energy, or life.
